Kivuro Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
Kivuro is an unofficial, fan-made companion app for GTA Online, developed by Tappixels. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. This policy explains what data Kivuro handles and why.
In short: Kivuro has no accounts and never asks for your name, email, or contacts. We collect anonymous usage data to improve the app and process subscriptions through Apple. We don't sell your data and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Data stored only on your device
Your Garage, Wishlist, unit preferences, and onboarding progress are stored on your device. They are not sent to us, except for the onboarding answers described below.

This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking as defined by Apple. Kivuro does not use advertising networks. The ads shown in Kivuro are fictional in-game brands and collect no data.
Contacting support
If you email us from the app, we receive your email address and message, plus an attachment with the app version, device model, iOS version, language, and time zone. We use it only to answer you.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers that run the features above, under their own privacy terms:
- PostHog (product analytics, United States)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Cloudflare (vehicle data delivery)
- Apple (App Store payments)
Retention
Analytics data is kept for as long as it is useful to improve the app, and no longer than the retention period offered by our providers. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to provide Kivuro Pro and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Brazil's LGPD and the EU/UK GDPR, you can ask to access or delete data about you. Because Kivuro doesn't know who you are, email us at bruno@kivuro.app and we'll help identify the anonymous data related to your device. Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device.
Children
Kivuro is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
